Care details: As this dining table is hand waxed, we would strongly recommend the use of coasters and mats to protect the wood from marks caused by hot or wet items.

- Excellent product, but much heavier than I was anticipating. It will take me quite a lot of effort to move it from one position to another. It is higher than my previous dining table, but that's my fault for not checking out the details before ordering. All in all it is a Very Nice table, and I am going to enjoy getting used to using it. In the meantime, I have covered it with a padded cloth because I am fearful that the lovely surface will become damaged by e.g. cat claws, or cleaning lady using inappropriate cleaning products.

- Good solid table which I actually bought to use as a desk because it was a good size to fit a computer and still have lots of working space.

- We bought this table after seeing a similar but larger table in Harveys. This table was a better size for our room, it was delivered at least 5 weeks before Harveys would have (and for less money), it's fair trade, and it is simply beautiful to look at, I cannot recommend this table or Myakka enough, we are very happy with our purchase and with Myakka and would be more open to using the internet for furniture in the future as a result.
