    • Wonderfully looking elegant dining chairs, though heavy of course being so solid. Part of the first shipment had to be returned as one of the chairs had been badly damaged during shipment ,looked as if the box had been heavily dropped on one corner and the packaging was not sufficient to cope.This was sorted out swiftly and without fuss.

    • Lovely! They don't quite match but that is part of the handmade charm. I am glad I bought some cushions for the seats. I am really pleased with these chairs.

    • I ordered two chairs and the process was very straightforward, with a very quick delivery date. Unfortunately the first two chairs arrived in very bad condition, but I made a call to customer services who were very helpful in arranging a redelivery the same week. The redelivery actually came a day earlier than planned so it was only pure luck that someone was available to sign for them, but the new chairs were in good condition, the wood is beautiful and I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you!
