- Item delivered fairly quickly after order but unfortunately very poor quality - split wood & joints etc. However I phoned Myakka who immediately offered me exchange or refund. I wanted the product so requested a replacement. This happened the next working day & this time product was very good. I believe the way a company deals with complaints is a good indicator & Myakka dealt with my complaint perfectly & I would certainly buy from them again. Would have given 5 stars but perhaps their quality control needs a little improvement to avoid this sort of situation from happening in the future..
