Unlike flimsy, modern bookcases, this sturdy corner design is hand crafted throughout from solid Indian rosewood, also known as Sheesham hardwood, to give the strength and rigidity that make it so dependable in daily use.  Useful cupboard space below open display with fixed mid height shelf to fit snuggly into any corner of the house.

 

100% Sheesham wood (Indian Rosewood) - fair trade furniture imported directly from Northern India.

 

Care details:  As this corner bookcase is hand waxed, we would strongly recommend the use of coasters and mats to protect the wood from marks caused by hot or wet items.

    • Once again really pleased with your stuff. Have got some other Mallani furniture as well as a rug and throws. This corner unit was just what I wanted and the service was, as usual, 100%.

    • Lovely little corner unit. Wood grain is very attractive. Only criticism would be that the cupboard door was sticking a bit and the magnet catch is too strong - you would be pulling the whole cupboard towards you in trying to open the door! Both of these issues have necessitated remedial adjustments. Also, there were a couple of rather sharp nails holding the cupboard shelf in place which are a bit crude by way of fixings and you could easily catch your fingers on them. Service was excellent and the ethos of the company is to be applauded.
