An unusual and sturdy piece of fair trade furniture which has the versatility to be used as anything from a lampstand to a stool. Each piece is hand carved by skilled craftsman from a single piece of monkey pod wood, and finally hand waxed to protect the wood and enhance its natural beauty and colour. The beautiful grain will be slightly different on every table giving you a unique piece of furniture. Due to the nature of these pieces, colour of the wood may vary and natural flaws within the grain will add to the unique charm of the table.These tables are produced using an ethical approach to trading by supporting small, family run manufacturers and artisans in Thailand on a fair trade basis.

All the wood used in the manufacture of our products is from a sustainable source and is therefore eco-friendly.

Available in two finishes - two-tone natural and dark waxed.

Care details: As this table is hand waxed, we would recommend the use of coasters and mats to protect the wood form marks caused by hot or wet items.

- An excellent service - prompt and couteous. The table is a beautiful piece of craftmanship and was every bit as good as the photos! It's a present for my in-laws Ruby wedding anniversary and they LOVE it! Thank you!

- This little table looked great in the picture but looked even better in real life! It is absolutely solid and has already had some rave reviews.....and we have only had it for an afternoon! Will definately return for some more pieces soon.
