Delivery & Returns
Regardless of the number of items you request, you only pay one fair delivery charge per order. Standard delivery is £4.95, larger pieces displaying a lorry symbol are priced in the grid. Delivery+ denotes a pre-booked delivery, usually within 14 days, with your items being carried into the room of your choice and all packaging removed. UK Highland and Island deliveries or outlying areas are calculated by postcode as shown.

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?It's our aim to get your goods to you as soon as possible. For smaller items such as soft furnishings or accessories, we aim to deliver within 7 days. For furniture requiring our Delivery+ service, we aim to deliver within 14 days. If you need an item for a specific deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your schedule.
We aim to sell all items from stock, however for your convenience the availability of every item is detailed alongside the product information. If an item you order is not immediately available, we will contact you upon receipt of your order with details of an estimated delivery date.
Will I need to sign on delivery?Deliveries normally happen Monday to Friday during working hours and we do need a signature. If you know you won't be in, just give us a different delivery address – perhaps a neighbour who wouldn't mind taking delivery and signing for you. Once your order has left us, re-routing to a different address is only possible to a point and we have to charge you extra. Let us know as soon as you can and we'll see what we can do.
How will my goods be delivered?Smaller items such as soft furnishings and accessories are delivered either by our special courier or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight of your order. We’ll get on and dispatch it just as soon as possible and ordinarily you will have your goods within 7 days. We won't ring you unless there's a technical glitch.
For all furniture, we'll ring you to talk through the delivery details before we despatch your items from our warehouse. We'd never leave your beautiful furniture sitting on doorsteps. That's why we need your daytime phone number to give you a call.

Delivery+ = Fast & friendly UK-wide delivery
We have to leave it with you to make sure your furniture will physically fit in your home and through narrow hallways or doors. We do have to charge for orders that can't be delivered so please check the dimensions carefully and if you're not sure, call us. Also, if you're not there to take delivery on the agreed date, we charge £60 minimum towards the cost of either a second delivery attempt or return delivery to Myakka.
Click & Collect... Can I collect my order in person?Should you wish, we would be happy for you to collect your order from our warehouse in Somerset. Simply select this option at the online checkout and the delivery charge will be removed from your basket. Based on the items being in stock, we’ll prepare your order so it’s ready to collect within 2 working days. As our warehouse team are always pretty busy, we’ll also contact you in advance to pre-arrange a convenient collection time – it’s important that we’re available to help load your vehicle.

What is your returns policy?We hope that your order will be just what you wanted, but in case it isn’t, we are happy to offer you a 14 day* money-back guarantee on all goods. The goods must be returned to us, please call 0845 460 3122 (local call rate) in the first instance to arrange the courier collection. You may return any unused goods with their original packaging within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely & in a saleable condition.

* Please note the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 Act specifies a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period which Myakka is pleased to voluntarily extend to 14 days.
How do I return an item?The most cost-effective way to return goods is often to use our couriers and therefore we would ask you to simply contact us by email email@example.com or telephone 0845 460 3122 (local rate call) and we will issue a returns code and clarify the details of the return method.

Will there be a Returns collection charge?If the return is required as a result of our error there is no collection charge. In other circumstances, in particular for large furniture items, a charge of up to £60 may be levied to cover the direct costs of the return (even in the case of the original delivery being free of charge).
