Very poor quality product and unhelpful customer service
The drawers were of very poor quality, none of the drawers fitted on runners and so the product could not be used. I accept that sometimes things are not as they should be but what was more disappointing was the whole customer experience with Myakka. From the start the customer service was very 'off' and not friendly at all. When the issue arose it was almost like it was my fault and I needed to prove my case. The delivery was to be on Myakka's terms rather than mine. All in all the customer experience is the thing that has put me off ever buying from Myakka again - you really need to look at the process from your customers viewpoint NOT your own!

We do always ask for pictures of damaged furniture as sometimes we can resolve issues without exchanging. On this occasion we are sorry that you felt that delivery and the return was not as easy as it should have been.
