Delivery & Returns

You will only be charged one fair delivery charge per order, regardless of the number of items ordered. Standard delivery is £4.95, larger pieces displaying a lorry symbol are priced in the grid. Delivery+ denotes a pre-booked delivery, usually within 14 working days, with your items being carried into the room of your choice and all packaging removed. UK Highland and Island deliveries or outlying areas are calculated by postcode as shown below, and may result in slightly longer delivery times.

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

it's our aim to get your goods to you as soon as possible. For smaller items such as soft furnishings or accessories, we aim to deliver within 4 days.'

Will I need to sign on delivery?

Deliveries normally happen Monday To Friday, during working hours. Small items can be left in a safe place if you are not in. Larger items will require a signature. If you know you won't be in, just give us a different delivery address – perhaps a neighbour who wouldn't mind taking delivery and signing for you. Once your order has left us, re-routing to a different address is only possible to a point and we may have to charge you extra. Let us know as soon as you can and we'll see what we can do.

How will my goods be delivered?

Smaller items such as soft furnishings and accessories are delivered either by our special courier or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight of your order. We'll get on and dispatch it just as soon as possible and ordinarily you will have your goods within 4 days.

Delivery+ = Fast & friendly UK-wide delivery

We offer an upgraded Delivery+ service for our larger furniture items, as indicated by the icons on the product page.

  • Delivery on a pre-booked Date & time window, usually within 14 days.
  • Two-man service to carry each item into the room & position of your choice.
  • Everything is unpacked and all packaging materials taken away for recycling.
  • Simple assembly of dining tables and glazed dressers will be done for you.
  • Just one charge regardless of the number of items within your order.

Please note: In offshore territories, our delivery partners are currently unable to offer unpack, recycling and assembly services.

We have to leave it with you to make sure your furniture will physically fit in your home and through narrow hallways or doors. We do have to charge for orders that can't be delivered so please check the dimensions carefully and if you're not sure, call us. Also, unless you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice should you not be able to take delivery on the agreed date and time, we charge £60 minimum towards the cost of either the second delivery attempt or return delivery to our warehouse.

Click & Collect... Can I collect my order in person?

We are pleased to offer a Click & Collect service from our Wincanton Outlet. Simply select this option at checkout and the delivery charge will be removed from your basket. Based on the items being in stock, we'll prepare your order so it’s ready to collect within 2 working days of your order placement. We will contact you in advance to pre-arrange a convenient collection time. Our warehouse team will prepare your order for collection from our Wincanton Outlet before you arrive to avoid unnecessary waiting for you.  It’s also important for us to plan your arrival so that we can help you to load your vehicle if required.

Our warehouse is just a stone's throw from the main A303 trunk road. For reference, the address is Myakka Ltd, Tythings Commercial Centre, Wincanton, Somerset BA9 9EQ.

Basic directions

  • Exit the A303 trunk road at the Aldermeads junction, signed for Wincanton.
  • At the first roundabout, take the third exit signed to the town centre.
  • You will arrive immediately at another roundabout, take the first exit again signed for the town centre.
  • Follow this road for approx. 300 metres then turn left into Tythings Commercial Centre.
  • Once you have turned in, drive straight to the end and the Myakka Warehouse Outlet is on the left.
  • There is ample free parking directly outside the shop.

What is your returns policy?

You may return any unused goods in their original packaging within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are packaged and returned to us safely & in a saleable condition. Once we receive the goods, we will process your refund. Please note, you will be required to cover the cost of return carriage. This will be the same as the cost of delivery for the individual item(s) as detailed in the grid above. Please contact us to arrange collection.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are only able to accept the return of mattresses if they remain sealed in the original packaging. Once the sealed packaging has been opened, we are unable to offer a return under our 30 day guarantee.

How do I return an item?

Will there be a returns collection charge?

If the return is required as a result of our error there is no collection charge. In other circumstances, you will be required to cover the cost of the return carriage (even when original delivery may have been free of charge).
