What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Maestro through the secure online payment facility on this website. You can also pay using PayPal.
Alternatively you can call our friendly team and order by phone on 0345 460 3122 (local rate call). Should you prefer to pay by cheque, you can place your order by phone, and send your payment to the following address: Myakka Ltd, Tythings Commercial Centre, Wincanton, Somerset BA9 9EQ.
Cheques should be made payable to 'Myakka Ltd' – please don’t forget to include the delivery charge in the total. If paying by cheque, please note that we cannot reserve the stock for you until we receive the payment – you may wish to consider this when ordering any special offer or end of line stock. Your order will then be dispatched once the cheque has been cleared by our bank. We will phone you to arrange convenient delivery.
When do you charge my credit/debit card?
In the majority of cases your goods will be dispatched within a few days of receipt of your order and due to this your card will be charged at the time of placing your order.
In the case that the stock is not immediately available, your card will still be charged at the time of placing the order. This enables us to reserve the items you have requested from the next available delivery. Should this cause a problem for you, please feel free to contact us by email or phone 0345 460 3122 (local rate call) and we will be happy to discuss your specific requirements.
We offer 0% finance for purchases over £500 at 6 or 12 month repayment periods and 0% finance on purchases over £1500 for 24 months. 9.9% finance is available on purchases over £250, repaid over 36 or 48 months. With no deposit required, subject to standard credit checks, once your finance arrangement has been authorised, it's valid for 90 days with the first instalment due approximately 30 days after delivery*.
